To help our people break free from old habits and adapt in real-world scenarios, we recently organized a three-day, two-night “Challenge Program”. Participants were regrouped into six new teams and faced challenges designed to test leadership, collaboration, and adaptability—from rope-crossing challenges and water relays to solution design tasks.

One team’s story truly stood out to us. Initially, they seemed hesitant, with few members willing to speak up. But with the leader’s strong decision-making and clear goal-setting, the group quickly found its rhythm. Several Gen Z team members transitioned from silence to actively contributing creative ideas, showing boldness and innovation in each round. Meanwhile, more experienced colleagues ensured that execution remained on track, maintaining quality and consistency. In the end, this team made a decisive comeback, turning their initial hesitation into success.

This experience reminded us of a key lesson: everyone can shine when given the right stage:
